Job Description:

• Maintain accurate financial records (ledgers, journals, AP/AR)
• Process invoices and ensure timely collections/payments
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis
• Assist with tax filings (VAT, income tax, payroll taxes)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking
• Assist in payroll calculations and deductions
• Prepare documents for internal/external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support special finance-related projects
