Job Description

Areas of Exposure:
Architecture design and implementation of Cellular Networks (4G/5G)
Network planning - Hands on experience with planning tools
Field experience on RF performance optimization of the 4G/5G Networks
Configuration of 5G Network with respect to BBU/CMU parameters 
understanding on 5G core interfaces - Control plane & data plain 
Hands on Experience on RRH/BBU from Global OEMs (Nokia, Ericsson)
Scripting Radio Parameters- RAN Subsystem
System Alarm monitoring- trouble shooting network parameters
Implementation and optimization of Packet Core Network (4G is mandatory, 5G experience is an advantage)
 Knowledge of interfaces between networking elements like RAN and Core is required.
Experience with customer interaction for technical problem-solving.
Primary:
Excellent Understanding of 3GPP standards
