About the Role

The Head of Growth will own all growth and marketing efforts across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. You’ll take over responsibilities currently handled by the founder (acting CMO), design the growth strategy, manage agencies and partners, and build a high‑performing in‑house team as we scale from ~$15M toward $50M+ in revenue.

• Own end‑to‑end growth strategy and execution across paid media, organic, affiliates, and lifecycle.
• Translate revenue and profitability goals into clear channel plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Evaluate, select, and manage agencies and external partners; hold them accountable to performance targets.
