Develop and monitor dealer aftersales (service) 4W operations to maximize customer satisfaction, productivity, and target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Drive dealer aftersales (service) operations (business, processes, and HR) to maximize customer satisfaction, productivity, and target achievement.
- Monitor dealer after-sales (service) Kalimantan regional official workshop performance across Kalimantan.
- Evaluate compliance with Service Quality Standards (SQS).
- Plan and develop the authorized Suzuki workshop network.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Min.1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
