4D Planner North West The 4D Planner is responsible for developing and managing integrated construction schedules within a 4D modelling environment to support efficient project delivery. The role combines programme planning with digital modelling to coordinate construction activities, identify risks, and resolve clashes or sequencing issues. Working closely with project managers, project planner, construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders, the 4D Planner integrates multiple project schedules into a comprehensive model, monitors progress against key milestones, and reports on performance against the project baseline.
