They are seeking a who will lead the formulation, development, and production of the next generation of guilt‑free candy. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience creating gummy, chewy, or sugar‑free confectionery products and excels at balancing taste, texture, compliance, and scalable manufacturing.

This role may be based remotely, including outside the United States, but will require periodic travel to manufacturing partners and flavor houses for development trials, scale‑ups, and production validation.
