3rd Shift Production Supervisor (in S. WI)

We are looking to fill a full-time 3rd Shift Production Supervisor position with a manufacturer located in the area of Browntown / Monroe, WI. Third shift works from 7:30pm-6:00am Sunday night through Wednesday night to Thursday morning. You will supervise about 5 hourly employees. SALARY RANGE: $70k to $80k per year DOE. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Plans, organizes, and controls the department processes in accordance with schedules and company procedures. 2. Develops, trains, and motivates hourly employees through subordinates to acquire maximum efficiency, productivity, cooperation, and morale. 3. Anticipates delays, such as equipment repairs, product mix, material shortages, poor quality, schedule changes and manning, and devises procedures to prevent or minimize loss of man-hours and unscheduled interruptions.
