**Assembly/Production Technician - Mass Production of Compressors**

**Position Summary**

The Production Technician supports compressor assembly operations. This role is hands-on and production-focused, balancing mechanical assembly work with basic team leadership, quality oversight, and daily production support. The Lead assists with training, troubleshooting, and workflow coordination to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.

**Shift:** 3rd 10:00pm to 6:00am

**Pay:** 20.70/hr

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead and support daily assembly operations for compressor production on 2nd shift
+ Perform hands-on mechanical assembly of compressor components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
