**Job Description**

The 3rd Shift CNC Lead oversees CNC machining operations on the night shift, ensuring high-quality production, efficient workflows, and a safe working environment. This role combines advanced CNC setup and operation with hands-on leadership, guiding machinists, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving technical issues to meet production and quality goals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform complex setups on CNC mills and lathes, including selecting and installing tooling and fixtures, setting offsets, and validating first-article parts to ensure they meet specifications.
+ Operate CNC equipment to produce precision components to print, monitoring tool wear, adjusting offsets, and maintaining consistent output and cycle times.
