Job Description

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed production goals on the assigned machine.
Assist the Link Tuber in machine setups as needed.
Identify, analyze, and accurately perform necessary adjustments.
Perform setups on the bottomer, patch unit, patch printing, and palletizer using basic tools.
Lubricate machinery as needed.
Perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
Skills
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and perform proper adjustments.
Knowledge of multi-wall bags and the bag manufacturing process.
Must complete Hood Packaging’s bag school and/or certification process.
