Job Description
The successful candidate must have proven experience in Quality Assurance and Inventory Control within an operational environment, with a strong background in operations monitoring and operational support delivered across a 24/7 shift pattern.
The EU External Fulfilment (EF) network consists of approximately 41 operations offering flexible solutions operated by external third-party logistics (3PL) providers. These operations deliver network capacity solutions (storage and throughput), specialised operation solutions, and emerging market expansion solutions across Europe.
The EU 3PL Control Tower Specialist – Quality provides end-to-end operational support across 40+ European External Fulfilment buildings. This role contributes to process standardisation and optimisation, and serves as a key communication link between 3PL partners and internal Amazon stakeholders.
