We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Eastland to the next level! This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week over a Wednesday to Saturday roster.

As 3IC at DECJUBA Eastland, you’ll support a high-energy floor where scale and standards matter. Extended ranges create more styling moments for customers. You’ll back the Store Manager and ASM, coach by example, and help the DREAMTEAM keep service, styling, and standards strong through every shift. It’s a great next step for someone growing their leadership while staying close to the customer experience.
