Key Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations using 3ds Max and rendering engines such as V-Ray , Corona , or Lumion . Develop exterior and interior renderings, animations, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals. Interpret architectural drawings, BIM models, sketches, and design concepts accurately. Model buildings, landscapes, furniture, lighting, and materials with attention to realism and detail. Apply textures, lighting, camera composition, and post-production techniques for photorealistic outputs. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and design teams to ensure visualization accuracy. Optimize rendering workflows for quality and turnaround time. Maintain project files, rendering libraries, and asset management systems.
