3 D Secure Implementation Specialist (5+ Years) | Remote| Shift support required for EU & APAC
We’re looking for an experienced 3 D Secure (3 DS) Implementation Specialist to manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, integrations, and operational support for global customers. If you have strong expertise in EMV 3 DS , payments, authentication flows, and client delivery—this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Lead 3 DS client implementations, configuration, testing & go‑live support
Work closely with clients, 3 DS suppliers & internal teams
Troubleshoot authentication issues and perform transaction analysis
Train clients on 3 DS processes and supplier portals
Support migrations, service optimizations & operational initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and project trackers
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in payments / EMV 3 DS implementations
Deep understanding of 3 DS standards, authentication flows & protocols
