About the Role

We're looking for a talented 3D artist with a strong artistic eye to create models for Roblox games and accessories. This is a full time position where you'll be consistently working on characters, props, accessories, and in-game assets that need to look great within the Roblox platform.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating 3D models in Blender for Roblox games and UGC accessories
• Adapting your style to fit different game genres and art directions
• Optimizing models to work within Roblox's platform requirements
• Taking briefs and reference images and turning them into polished assets
• Iterating based on feedback quickly and cleanly
