The Role

We build 3D sign language translation systems that make digital content accessible to the deaf community. We're combining motion capture, real-time animation pipelines, and web technologies to create a scalable platform that can translate any text or speech into authentic Sign Language animations.

We're looking for a 3D Animator who can help us build and maintain the animation infrastructure that powers this. You'll be working on pipelines that process sign language gestures, retarget motion capture data across different character systems, and deliver animations that need to be both linguistically accurate and feel natural.

You'll join our technical team, working on problems at the intersection of animation, accessibility technology, and web-based rendering.
