360 Operative

360 Operative Required!

RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced 360 Operative to work for our client based in Weston‑Super‑Mare, Somerset.

Duration: Long‑Term

Start Date: 11‑05‑2026

Pay Rate: £22.00 - £23.00 Per Hour - paid weekly!

Pay rate depends on experience and/or tickets.

We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

Job Roles

• Dredging ditches and rivers and laying pipes to supply water to buildings
• Excavating foundations and levelling ground
• Fitting and operating ancillary equipment to perform construction tasks
• Following technical plans and observing site markings
• Other various excavation tasks as required

Requirements

• CPCS/NPORS with 360 Excavator Operator
• Own PPE
• Previous experience operating a 360
