Barker Ross is seeking an experienced 360 Grab Operator for a client's busy waste and recycling site in Shepshed, LE12. This hands-on role involves operating grab machinery, counterbalance FLT work, banksman duties, and managing incoming goods. The position operates Monday to Friday from 06:00 - 16:00, offering a competitive pay rate of £14.50 p/h.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, a flexible approach, and be ready to support various yard duties. A Counterbalance FLT licence is preferred.
