Working Hours:

Mon - Thursday: 8.30am - 6pm

Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Manage projects and addition & alteration works for hospital, medical centre, and related units
• Track preventive maintenance schedules and service contracts
• Coordinate and deliver projects within timelines and budget
• Oversee contractors/vendors to ensure timely completion with minimal disruption
• Ensure proper servicing and maintenance of facilities, plants, and equipment
• Prepare and compile quotations, reports, invoices, and month-end financial accruals
• Monitor and report work order status (outstanding, completed, pending parts)
• Update utilities and medical gas usage records
• Support RFQ processes as assigned
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
