TEMP VILLA SENIOR STEW - IBIZA

We are seeking an experienced Stewardess to join a villa support team in Ibiza for part of the summer season.

The role

• Contract dates: 15th June – 3rd August 2026
• Housekeeping and Service focused role within a small villa team of 5
• Wellness-focused guest environment with a calm, relaxed atmosphere
• Staff accommodation located separately from the main villa

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in yachting or luxury hospitality
• Senior or 2nd Stewardess-level experience preferred
• Strong housekeeping and service standards and excellent presentation
• Mature, discreet and comfortable in a guest‑focused environment
• Must currently be based in the UK or Europe
• Spanish speaking is a bonus - but not a requirement
