**Job Title: 2nd Shift TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking experienced TIG Welders to support a fast-paced production line environment. This role involves TIG welding black carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe, including flanges and elbows, with a strong focus on cycle time, takt time, and repeatable quality. Ideal candidates are comfortable working on a moving line and maintaining weld quality while meeting production targets.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG welding on black carbon steel pipe up to 8 inches and 4-inch pipe assemblies.
+ Execute carbon steel to stainless steel welds.
+ Weld elbows and flanges connecting to compressors.
+ Complete welds through all three welding phases: root pass, fill pass, and cover cap.
+ Properly prepare material by grinding, beveling, and cleaning for weld-ready condition.
