**2nd Shift TIG Welder – Production Line (Mesa, AZ)**

**Schedule:** Mon–Thurs, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM (10% shift diff)

**OT:** Mandatory Fridays

**Bonus:** $500 retention bonus at 90 days

**Role Overview**

Join a high‑speed, air‑conditioned manufacturing environment performing **TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless‑steel pipe** . This is a **production‑line welding role** , focused on maintaining takt time, cycle time, and consistent weld quality—not custom fabrication.

**What You’ll Do**

+ TIG weld **black carbon steel** and **stainless‑steel pipe** (up to 8).
+ Weld **flanges, elbows, and compressor connections** .
+ Perform **root, fill, and cap** passes.
+ Prep materials: **grinding, beveling, cleaning** .
+ Maintain weld quality on a **moving production line** .
+ Follow all **safety, quality, and production** procedures.
