**Job Title: 2nd Shift Machinist**
**Job Description**
The 2nd Shift Machinist operates and sets up both mill and lathe equipment, including CNC machines, to produce precision components for demanding applications such as aviation and aerospace. This role works on the 2nd shift from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Friday, ensuring parts meet strict quality and blueprint specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and blueprints.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine machining requirements and proper machining sequence.
+ Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine settings for milling and turning operations on various materials.
