Job Description
CTG is seeking a **Document Scanning Operator** to support our client’s Digital Imaging Center in Ashland, VA. In this role, you will assist with the preparation, scanning, and indexing of physical documents to convert them into digital formats while ensuring all images meet quality and customer standards.
**Location:** Ashland, VA
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 3pm - 11:30pm
**Duration:** Ongoing Contract
**Pay Rate:** $20.17/hr
This position supports day-to-day imaging operations and plays an important role in meeting project deadlines and service level agreements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, clips, rubber bands, and bindings
+ Validate and reconcile boxes and files received for processing
+ Scan documents using high-speed scanning equipment
+ Perform visual quality checks to ensure images are clear and accurate
