CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift (4x10s) 

We’re seeking a productive, quality-focused CNC Machinist for 2nd shift, working four 10-hour days with optional overtime on Fridays & Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership from setup through inspection, continually sharpens their skills, and supports a strong team culture on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Safely set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts to print.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and GD&T to plan tooling, setups, and machining operations.
• Perform machining operations as assigned, meet or beat job schedules.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools; complete required inspection forms and clear turnover notes for the next shift.
• Identify and report nonconformances, tool or machine issues, and safety concerns immediately.
