2nd Shift: 4pm-12am/Midnight w/Mandatory OT

As a Process Operator, you will maintain and operate all processing equipment and machines to produce snacks of the highest quality in a safe and efficient manner.

Areas of Responsibilities :

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Check schedules to see that the correct product is run, and product is directed to the correct line for packaging

+ Change processing machines (fryers) over to different cuts, when necessary

+ Routinely change knives to ensure product is of the highest quality

+ Monitor settings and make changes and adjustments, when necessary

+ Continuously check quality test readings for salt levels, moisture levels , oil absorption levels...
