**Job Title:** **2nd Shift Mechanical Assembler**

+ **Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
+ **Pay:** $20–22/hr + 10% shift differential ( **$22–$25.30/hr** )
+ **Location:** Mesa, AZ (near Mesa Gateway Airport)

**Job Overview**

+ Perform advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies on a production line
+ Work in a fast-paced, modern, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
+ Focus on quality, safety, and continuous process improvement
+ Support team collaboration and production goals during second shift

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Execute complex mechanical assembly tasks with precision
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
+ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and product functionality issues
+ Train and mentor junior assemblers on processes and safety standards
+ Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
