Bristow Holland is recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing and well-established business based in Harwich.

You'll play a key role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring users receive a high level of support across a range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT support tickets
* Support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
* Assist with the administration of Windows Server and Active Directory
