Overview

Emerson Grange is an 85‑bedroom care home that provides the most luxurious surroundings and the very best in care and support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menus created by the Head Chef, ensuring mealtimes highlight residents’ days.
• Order, prepare, and serve appetizing fresh food, sourcing from local suppliers where possible.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, health and safety.
• Provide catering for private events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ catering experience, ideally Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3.
• Passion for innovative fine dining standards and teamwork.
