Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IS Supplier Relationship Analyst to support the governance and performance management of key technology suppliers. This role will report to the IS Transformation Manager and will be critical in ensuring suppliers deliver against contractual commitments, drive value, and align with strategic business objectives.
📍 Location: London or Aberdeen (Hybrid working)
🔁Contract Type: Permanent or Contract considered
 What you’ll do 
Supplier Governance & Relationship Management
Act as the primary IS contact for key suppliers
Lead structured governance forums including monthly service reviews and QBRs
Track actions, manage risks, and ensure alignment to delivery priorities
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, and overall performance
Produce insightful reporting including trend analysis and risk identification
