What you’ll be doing

• Managing a caseload of complex or high‑value claims on behalf of Trusts, GPs, and NHS England, ensuring successful handling and resolution.
• Working closely with claims function colleagues to deliver fair resolution while ensuring lessons learned are fed into wider NHS safety systems to improve standards of patient care.
