Job Description
The Warranty Services Representative provides advanced support to customers via phone and electronic communication, handling all aspects of warranty service requests. This includes dispatch coordination, warranty validation, registration, vendor authorization, service provider recruitment, and other customer-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide verbal and written support to customers regarding product services and general inquiries, particularly for complex multi-family and large-scale commercial projects.
+ Explain and interpret warranty terms, coverage, and related information.
+ Coordinate the return, repair, or replacement of malfunctioning or defective items.
+ Utilize internal systems to track requests, troubleshoot issues, assess inventory, document resolutions, and determine warranty eligibility.
