**Overview:**
The Commercial Credit Analyst Program (the “Program”) is a structured, full‑time development program designed to prepare early‑career professionals for long‑term roles in commercial and corporate credit. Participants receive formal classroom instruction with expert facilitation and program management support, hands‑on credit underwriting and monitoring experience, and exposure to and network building with credit associates, senior credit officers, relationship managers, and risk leadership.
The program typically spans 10 months, combining rotational assignments with increasing credit and analytical complexity. Throughout the Program, participants will report to the Commercial Credit Senior Director of Business Execution & Credit Support and will receive on-the-job guidance from Credit Managers and other department personnel.
