Reporting directly to the Winemaker, VQA, you will be responsible for the winemaking process for the 2026 harvest. This position requires experience in winery operations and a background in Food Science or Chemistry. You will play a crucial role in the quality control and efficiency of harvest winemaking techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Notify the Winemaker of fermentation statuses
• Conduct tastings of various juices and wines
• Ensure quality analysis is completed in a timely manner
• Manage and issue work orders to the cellar team
• Participate in quality trials and optimization processes
Requirements:
• B.Sc. or diploma in relevant fields required
• Minimum of three years' experience in winery operations
