RESPONSIBILITIES

• 20% – Oversees and manages the operations and activities of the TESDA Provincial Office, ensuring alignment with TESDA's mandate, strategic goals, and quality standards. This includes directing the implementation of programs and projects, managing staff and resources, ensuring compliance with national directives and local development plans, and leading the overall delivery of TVET services within the province.
• 20% – Establishes and sustains collaborative partnerships with external parties and stakeholders in TVET, including local government units (LGUs), industry partners, non-government organizations, and academic institutions.
