Job Description

This role focuses on MIG pulse welding and fabrication in a dynamic metal stamping job shop environment. You will read and interpret blueprints, select and fit parts, and perform high-quality welds using primarily MIG, with opportunities to work with robotic and TIG welding as needed. This is a hands-on position on a 1st shift schedule, offering the chance to develop your skills, take on varied jobs, and grow within a company that invests in training, schooling, and certifications.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding, including MIG pulse welding, in a production or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout documents accurately.
• Experience with layout and fitting of metal parts prior to welding.
