Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a C Shift Production team member to join their team. As a C Shift Production employee, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong mechanical ability, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Shift Production 12 hour Days

**Location:** Joplin, MO

**Pay Range:** $17 per hour

+ Operate and monitor printing equipment to ensure high-quality production.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
+ Utilize rulers, gauges, and calipers to ensure product specifications are met.
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain safety standards.
+ Lift products and materials as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
