**Job Description**

**Position Summary**

This Metal Finisher I position will perform finishing operations according to specifications documented on the job order. Other production tasks such as sandblasting and/or operating a tumbler will be performed in a timely and efficient manner. This is accomplished by maintaining Tecomet's principles of Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Innovations. 

**Principle Responsibilities**

+ Perform basic finishing operations, including deburring, hand grinding, and polishing, break edges.
+ Perform sand blasting using a blast cabinet to put a finish on parts and become proficient knowing what blasting medium should be used for various operations.
+ Conduct visual inspections to achieve surface finishes per specifications and blueprints.
