**1st Shift - Maintenance Technician - Pay up to 30/hr**

**Job Description:**

The 1st Shift Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining and improving production and facility equipment in a small, family-owned manufacturing environment. Working Monday through Friday on first shift, you will take ownership of the preventive maintenance program, troubleshoot and repair a wide range of industrial machinery, and support safe, efficient, and reliable operations across the plant.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for production and facility equipment.
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery, production equipment, mobile equipment, and facility-related systems.
+ Maintain and repair equipment such as saws, presses, banders, threading machines, welders, forklifts, cranes, and other manufacturing machinery.
