**Job Title: Machinist - 1st Shift**

**Job Description**

The Machinist sets up and operates CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers to produce precision parts that meet engineering specifications. This role translates engineering drawings and design requirements into accurate machining operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC Prototrak mills and other machining centers to produce precision components.
+ Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper alignment and secure fixturing.
+ Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine offsets to meet required tolerances.
+ Run machines to produce parts that meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
+ Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
+ Translate design and engineering requirements into efficient machining operations.
