1st Shift Assembler

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is recruiting for a 1st Shift Assembler for our client in Owego, NY. As a 1st Shift Assembler, you’d be responsible for performing a wide variety of high level mechanical and electrical construction of subassemblies.

Responsibilities
• Ability to follow written manufacturing instructions and manufacturing knowledge of designs/drawings/diagrams.
• Must be able to use hand tools and operator shop tools.
• Must be skilled in computer programs/software specific to the manufacturing process, tracking and traceability of product.
• Understands processes and work instructions and able to document processes.
• Able to submit changes to processes / prints and able to work with engineering on production process.
• May include other duties as assigned and/or special projects.
Requirements
• Requires visual ability to resolve fine detail and manual dexterity.
• Must be available for overtime work...
