Your newpanyWe are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join a well-established professional servicespany going through a period of change and transformation. Two new positions have been created to join their service desk team on a permanent basis based out of Salisbury (hybrid). We have successfully filled one of those positions and are now looking for a second analyst to join the team!
Your new roleYou will be joining an established Service Desk, reporting to the Service Desk Manager and working alongside the Service Delivery Manager, to resolve 1st Line tickets. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a similar sized organisation, supporting circa 1200 users (or more). You will have some experience in a Service Desk/ 1st Line role, and have excellentmunication skills – able to adapt yourmunication style and approach to best suit the customer.
