Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our technical team at Daffodil IT .
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, solving problems, logging and escalating tickets, and helping to keep systems running smoothly.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety , wants to develop their technical skills , and is excited about progressing into a 2nd Line or project‑focused role over time.
