Job Description

Your tasks
Provide 1st level support; Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Edit document procedures and configurations
Your profile
Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
Experience in supporting end users on Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues
Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network protocols as well as Entra ID
Some experience with virtualization (e.g., Proxmox, VMware) is a plus (optional)
