This role focuses on the structural phase of factory-based builds, installing core timber elements before final finishes. The successful candidate will work within a controlled factory environment, contributing to high-quality, efficient off-site construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and cutting lists
• Install structural timber components including:
• Floor joists and decking systems
• Wall framing and stud partitions
• Roof trusses and structural supports
• Fit door linings, window frames, and stair carcasses
• Install sheathing, plywood, and structural boards
• Ensure all work meets required tolerances and quality standards
