Job Description

Position Purpose: Our Asst. Barista Team Lead will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the front end of the store. The Asst. Barista Team Lead creates the Starbucks Experience for Bashas' customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. 


Responsibilities: An Asst. Barista Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
