Role Summary
The IT Governance Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the IT governance model across group companies, ensuring that all IT-related activities align with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives.
The role is accountable for the definition, enforcement, and group-wide implementation control of IT policies, procedures, and IT risk management, ensuring that IT operations are well-governed, secure, and aligned with business needs.
A key responsibility includes the consolidation, control, tracking, and reporting of the group-wide IT budget (covering 10 companies and exceeding 10 Billion TL), ensuring financial transparency and effective planning.
