Schedule

Variable schedule, guaranteed between 48 and 70 hours each pay period. Schedules may vary each pay period and employees will be provided with their schedule at least six weeks in advance.

Job Summary

Pathways to Independence requires six counsellors to provide case management and assisted living support for adults across all locations within the Web. The Counsellor, Dual Diagnosis plans and implements services and supports under the direction of the Client Services Manager to help adults with a dual diagnosis, mental health, behaviour challenges, and those involved in forensic services, in accordance with each person’s life plan.
