#11999 - Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional product and platform initiatives that require strong coordination across product, engineering, UX, and leadership stakeholders.
This role will help drive planning, execution, dependency management, risk management, and roadmap alignment across initiatives involving account unification, identity and access capabilities, messaging integrations, and AI-related work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution for large, cross-team product and platform programs
Partner with product, engineering, UX, and leadership stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and drive delivery
Translate a backlog of initiatives into structured programs and projects with clear objectives, milestones, and ownership
Manage dependencies, risks, decision points, and key program artifacts across multiple workstreams
