Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our happy, hardworking team at Grange Park Primary School, part of the Community Academies Trust, a multi‑academy trust committed to transforming schools into thriving community hubs.

Position Details

Location: Grange Park Primary School, Grange Avenue, Stirchley, Telford TF3 1ET

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Scale 3, 0.5 to 0.6 (£25,583 – £25,989)

Working Pattern: 27.5 hours per week, 08:45 – 15:15 Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year inclusive of a week TTO, plus 1 week.

Start Date: 1st September 2026 (subject to safer recruitment checks)
